Privacy is the control that someone has over information regarding him or herself. That is, a person chooses to reveal such information about him or herself and keep such other. This process is by definition selective. Privacy sometimes relates to anonymity, the feeling of being unknown or unnoticed by the public. It also has a very intense personal dimension in such a way that something one considers private may become personally sensitive. Privacy is regarded differently depending on the country or the culture.
